This class is a Yoga Nidra class that includes some very subtle body attention. This is a great class if your eyes are starting to feel eye fatigue, burnout, stiffness, emotional stress, Zoom fatigue or anxiety. It can also be helpful if the body needs a reset or a rest, if you are having trouble sleeping or just generally need a restorative practice. Move out of fatigue and into a sense of ease, presence, a more relaxed and wide view of the world, and a freedom in the face and body.
The lesson is ~ 35 minutes long and suitable for all levels.
