Episode 87: Yoga Restoratives with Detail

Episode 87:

This is a 40 minute yoga class consisting of slow active restoratives. We mostly focus on three poses, a shoulder opener, a twist, and a restorative backbend. With attention and detail, we will unstick the shoulder blades, move into a twist and a backbend, practice neck awareness, softening the chest, and feeling a tone in the lower belly.

Please have a single block and yoga blanket for class.
