This is a 40 minute Yoga Nidra class that includes some very subtle body attention. This is a great class if your eyes are starting to feel fatigue, if you are feeling burn out or anxiety, if the body needs a reset or a rest, if you are having trouble sleeping or just generally need a restorative practice.
