This mini Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement lesson will focus on calming the face. In this lesson we will explore a softening of the jaw, a lubrication of the eyes, and the connection of your expression to the rest of the body.  Come away feeling relaxed and energized at the same time, as you let the calming of the face spread throughout the whole body. This is great lesson if you have been at the screen for long periods of time.

Help unwind the body pattern of anxiety that can easily be expressed in the face and move:
