Episode 80: Neck Care Part 4: Neck and Shoulder Relationships
Episode 80:
Today we take a Feldenkrais approach to Neck Care by connecting the shoulders, the chest, and the whole self to how the neck moves, and how the neck can feel supported. With poor postural organization, it’s common that the muscles of your neck are forced to work overtime to hold your head up.
If you are trying all of the neck classes in this series, take note of which approach you are finding most helpful and supportive for you, and then return to those episodes.
If you resonate with TODAY’s approach, for an even deeper study of this topic from a Feldenkrais lense, you can check out my:

Unraveling Body Anxiety Feldenkrais Series.
I currently have a sample video class that works with these similar concepts, register to watch the class here.
