Episode 71: Unwind From Busy-ness
Episode 71:
Today’s class is a 30 minute gentle yoga class - a great class to do after a busy day or week. We will use a single blanket roll and a block. Some people may want a strap. This class does not leave the floor, and would be a great end to a long day, to do before bed, or after exercise.
